Our Faith Journey
Welcome to our RE community — where faith is shared, lived, and celebrated together.
Acts of the Apostles 2:1-11
The Holy Spirit descends upon the apostles gathered in Jerusalem.
When have you needed courage or strength from God?
How can the Holy Spirit guide us in our everyday choices?
How can we be followers of Jesus in our school, family, and community?
Grade 3-4

The good soil reminds us to hear God’s word, believe it, and share it with others
Grades 3-6 students engaged in scripture

Fr Deva, our assistant parish priest, visited the school to unpack the Gospel with students and respond to the wondering questions they may have about faith and scripture. These visits provide students with meaningful opportunities to deepen their understanding of the Gospel and strengthen their connection to the Catholic faith.
This partnership between parish and school helps foster a strong sense of community, supports students in seeing faith lived authentically, and strengthens the relationship between the parish, students, staff, and families. These visits are warmly welcomed by both students and staff and are valued as an important part of the faith life of the school community.
Thank you Fr Deva!

Our Confirmation students were proudly presented to the parish community during Sunday Mass at St Peter’s Catholic Church. This special occasion marked an important step in their sacramental journey as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
It was wonderful to see our students supported through the prayers and encouragement of the parish community, strengthening the connection between home, school, and parish.

The Grade 1–2 students from Mrs Wilson’s grade participated reverently in the Mass celebrating the feast of Mary Help of Christians, Patroness of Australia. Students respectfully honoured Our Lady, deepening their understanding of Mary’s special place within the Catholic faith.
The celebration provided a meaningful opportunity for students to come together in faith and participate actively in the spiritual life of the school and parish community.
Thank you Mrs Hawkins and Miss Nicky

Again, our hearts were tasked with faith—a promise made by Jesus.
Another gift was soon to come, right after he would leave us.
The Holy Spirit would visit soon.
The disciples lit by fire.
Behold the birthday of our Church—these events that did inspire.
And from this day, the path was set of many tongues, so all could get the Word of God, for all to hear to spread our faith, both far and near.
