Year 2 Big Day Out and Year 1 Pizza!

Year 2

This year the Year 2s were unable to have their sleepover at school, so the teachers took them on a big adventure instead! They boarded the 96 tram to East Brunswick Village and headed into FOMO Cinemas to watch Zootopia 2. They had the cinema all to themselves, with reclining seats for ultimate comfort, and they laughed through almost every scene (sometimes the adults more than the kids!).

After the movie, the Year 2s walked down to Kirkdale Park along Merri Creek, where they enjoyed lunch and some free play on the oval and playground. They were having so much fun that the time flew by. Afterwards, they walked back to catch the 96 tram to school.

It was the best first Year 2 Big Day Out! A big thank-you to Brendan, Ruby, Deb, and Sam for taking us!

Year 1

Last Friday we had our Year 1 fun day at school. We enjoyed a rotation of team activities outside and made some exploding popcorn to enjoy while we watched a movie. After the movie we got our bodies moving again with a dance party before enjoying our pizza lunch! A great time was had by everyone.
