Update: Wellbeing Hub Relocation and changes

As part of our ongoing planning for 2026, we would like to share upcoming changes to the structure and use of our wellbeing spaces.

In the new year, our Wellbeing Hub will be moving to a new location within the school, with access only through a classroom space. This shift will bring some adjustments to how wellbeing support is accessed across the school day.

Key changes for 2026:

  • Morning Support in Classrooms: For students who require support at the beginning of the day, each classroom will include a Wellbeing Zone. These zones will provide a space for students to settle and regulate within their own classroom. Education Support (ES) staff will provide support once the school day has commenced.
  • Use of the Wellbeing Hub: The Hub will be used primarily during class times for point-of-need support, small-group work, and access to allied health services. This will help ensure the space is available when targeted support is required.
  • The Lunch-Time wellbeing hub will move to engaged play activities, supported by our Education support staff outside in the yard space, to continue to support social skills.
