Student Representative Council (SRC)

At Oakleigh Grammar, our Student Representative Council (SRC) continues to be a vital voice for students, holding fortnightly meetings where representatives come together to share ideas, raise concerns, and explore opportunities for positive change within the school. These student leaders are dedicated to being proactive, engaging with all year levels, and supporting their peers both in and out of the classroom.  Through active listening and collaboration, the SRC aims to strengthen our inclusive and supportive school environment.

Recently, SRC members proudly participated in the Global Challenge Activities, part of Oakleigh Grammar’s involvement in the Round Square network. This initiative encouraged students to embrace the values of international mindedness and inclusivity. As part of the challenge, SRC students contributed to a collaborative art project that celebrated unity and diversity. They also joined in a sustainability-focused action, reinforcing our shared responsibility to care for the environment.  These experiences not only deepened their understanding of global citizenship but also highlighted the importance of thinking beyond borders to build a more compassionate world.
