District Cross Country – Tuesday 20 May 2025
Congratulations to our District Cross Country team. We came 7th overall with three students qualifying for the Division Cross Country and two students as an emergencies.
A big thank you to Bree (Mala’s mum), Liz (Nathan’s mum) and Caitlin (Patrick’s mum) for assisting as course marshals. You help makes these events possible!!
Division Cross Country – Tuesday 3 June, 2025
Good luck to our Division Cross Country runners:
12/13 year old boys – Tom S
11 boys – Nick D (emergency)
11 year old girls – Eh Khu (emergency)
9/10 year old boys – Ernie G
9/10 year old girls – Zoe C
These students will run against students from the Maroondah division at the Yarra Glen Racecourse.
Grade 5/6 Winter Interschool Sport
Students played their first winter interschool match last Friday against St Richards. Our Netball Mixed team won their match with our other teams playing hard but not securing wins this week.
Team captains awards went to:
Hot shots Girls – Samantha for having the longest rallies
Netball Mixed – Brax for shooting 11 out of 13 goals
Soccer Mixed – Leo for his work as goalie
Volleyball Mixed – Eh Khu for her successful play and communicating to her team mates during playt.
Our next match is against Croydon Primary tomorrow, Friday 30 May, with some teams playing at Mullum (Hot Shots Girls and Netball Mixed) and some playing at Croydon Primary (Volleybounce Mixed, Soccer Mixed and Netball Girls).
Spectators are welcome.
