Year 10 Wellbeing Day

"I am great, but together we are greater"

On Wednesday 25 June, all Year 10 students participated in our Wellbeing Day program — a day dedicated to celebrating individuality, building resilience, and strengthening our school community.

Centred around the powerful theme “I am great, but together we are greater,” the day reminded students that while each of us brings unique strengths and potential, we thrive when we connect, support, and uplift one another.

The program featured a range of engaging presentations from external providers, who shared valuable tools and strategies to help students manage stress, build resilience, and maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing. Students also had the opportunity to meet and familiarise themselves with the College’s wellbeing team — a valuable chance to build connections and learn more about the support available to them at school.

Throughout the day, students participated in hands-on activities that encouraged teamwork, skill-building, and self-reflection, all in a fun and supportive environment.

It was a meaningful and energising day that allowed students to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with themselves, each other, and the people who are here to support them.
