It is hard to believe that we are half-way through term 3. It has been a very busy few weeks, as usual in, Year 5. 

Prep Buddies

A very exciting day that all Prep students look forward to, is the Prep 100 Days of Schools. As the Prep's buddies, the Year 5's were very lucky to share the afternoon making crowns for the special occasion. To finish off the day, the Year 5's created a guard of honour for the Prep students. School of Rock Production

A couple of weeks ago, we were privileged to be invited to watch the Beaumaris Secondary Collage Production The School of Rock. The buses and everything were all organised and paid for. All the students thoroughly enjoyed watching ex-BNPS students excel in performing arts. Some students were even lucky enough to meet some of the cast after the show.

Current Unit of Inquiry

As part of our ongoing exploration into the 'How We Organise Ourselves' unit of inquiry, our students had the opportunity to delve into the world of different government styles. 

Through thought-provoking discussions, engaging activities, and real-world examples, our students gained a deeper understanding of how governments function and impact the daily lives of citizens of a country. 

This unit has encouraged critical thinking and empowered our students to become informed and active global citizens.
