Year 1 

This term students in Stage One been investigating the different properties of materials. The last few weeks we have been discussing how different  materials keep things hot and cold. Students were given a STEM challenge to design and make something that would keep ice cooler for longer. We built the designs using classroom materials and tested our designs. Such great learning through doing! In addition to this we explored all areas of science as part of an explore day in the library. See some of our inspired scientists below!
