Move in March
The Move in March initiative from Moonee Valley City Council has started up again for this year. All it means is that when your child walks, skates, skoots or rides to school some or all of the way, they will tick it on a classroom chart to help their class win a 'Golden Boot' award. This gives them bragging rights that they are the most active class at ENPS for that month.
Also if your child is regularly coming to school by participating in any of the fore mentioned ways they will mark it on an individual chart that they keep in their tubs. These will be collected at the end of March to go into a draw to win prizes such as $100 Rebel Sport vouchers, swim vouchers and sports drink bottles.
The idea is to obviously encourage being active to and from school while the weather is still fine to do so.
Keep active,
