Disability Inclusion at Concord School

This term, we have continued to transition students to Disability Inclusion. Parents and their children have participated in the Disability Inclusion Profile meetings, which is an important part of the Disability Inclusion Profile process. We are grateful to our parents and students for their time to attend and for their valuable contributions during the Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.

It is an exciting time as we work through transitioning more students to this new reform. This year, all our Foundation (Prep) students will have a Disability Inclusion Profile completed, along with some other students across the school. If your child requires a Disability Inclusion Profile this year, you will be contacted.

Easy English resources about both the Disability Inclusion Profile (PDF) and the profile meeting itself (PDF) are available.

If you have any questions about Disability Inclusion, please feel free to phone the school at the Bundoora campus, and ask to speak to Rachael Macmillan, (Disability Inclusion Leader) or email me at Rachael.Macmillan@education.vic.gov.au
