Gather Round 3/4
The LNPS Year 3/4 boys played their first game against Glenelg in the Gather Round Schools Football Competition.
Kicking into a stiff breeze, the boys set up the rest of the game with a strong first quarter. They all played well and had great fun playing together.
A special shout out to the boys that played their 1st game of footy ever - Levi, Mitchell and Alijah ✨

Gather Round 5/6
The Year 5/6 boys played their first game against Our Lady Of Grace in the Gather Round Schools Football Competition.
They took advantage of the windy conditions and scored 6 goals in the first quarter. Playing into the wind was difficult but our backline stayed strong and got the ball back up forward quickly.
The boys worked together well as a team with most boys kicking some great goals. Coach and parents were super proud with their team effort and sportsmanship.

Colour Bash
We are beyond excited to invite girls aged 5 – 12 to our end of summer Colour Bash these school holidays!

Soccer 2025
This year, the LNPS soccer teams will again be part of the North West Junior Soccer Association.
LNPS will hopefully be represented in all the age groups, U6 up to U13 and boys and girls are eligible to play. The website www.nwjsa.org.au has all the soccer information, game times will be available in Term 2, 2025.
Games are on Saturday mornings at the St Clair Ovals. Games are conducted as friendly and fun. Timetables will be distributed in Term 2, 2024. Training will be after school on Wednesdays at Lockleys North Primary School Oval and will begin in Term 2.
SOCCER FEES
TBA per child. This covers Public Liability Insurance.
No payment is required with this registration. Students will be invoiced once teams are selected.
UNIFORMS TO BE PURCHASED FROM THE UNIFORM SHOP
You can purchase your soccer top at the uniform shop on-site at school. Please purchase after teams have been confirmed with families. Each child will also need to provide their own boots, shin guards, navy shorts and navy socks. UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL.
VOLUNTEERS PLEASE
It is imperative that we have parent volunteers to coach/assist/manage each team. If we don’t get enough parental support we may not be able to put teams in the competition.
If you are volunteering, you will need to attend the NWJSA coaching clinic on a date to be provided and have a Working With Children Check and RAN-EC online training, which the school can assist with.
