Deborah Luciani- Year 1 2025

Before working at APS I dabbled in the areas of Finance, Entertainment and Health. I came to teaching after having my son, Tennyson, in 2000. I started at APS in July 2005.

When I’m not teaching I love to keep myself busy with DIY projects and own an extensive array of power tools and a tool belt.  I garden joyfully and enjoy cooking. My grandmother was an excellent cook and inspired me. We have moved into our new home after renovating, and loving it!

Both my parents were born overseas in Trieste, northern Italy. Funnily enough, they met here at a house party in Preston. I am very proud of my Italian heritage and feel extremely fortunate to speak five languages.
