St. Fidelis' Community Fete Day THIS SUNDAY
THIS SUNDAY, 23rd March from 11:30am – 4pm, we are hosting a Community Open Day.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure to bring CASH on the day as we will have limited EFT facilities at a couple of our stalls. All other stalls will be CASH ONLY.
Ticket Pre-sale FRIDAY 21ST MARCH
Pre-Sale tickets will be sold this Friday 21st at 8.30am – 9am in the hall and again at 3.00pm – 3.30pm in the Hawthorn Yard. Be sure to take advantage of our pre-sale special and beat the cues. Tickets will be $5 each or 10 for $45. All ticket sales on the day will be $5.
Tickets can be used at the following entertainment vendors on the day -
- VR Experience (2 tickets)
- Balloon Artist (1 ticket)
- Face Painting (1 ticket)
- The Funpad Bus (1 ticket)
- Photo booth (1 ticket)
- Animals Farm (1 ticket)
- Ride on Plush Animals (2 tickets)
**Note** Purchaser is responsible for bringing tickets on the day. No refunds or replacements available.
Volunteer’s Needed –
As we are fast approaching our Community Day, we would love your help. If you could kindly spare some time to volunteer at one of our stalls it would be greatly appreciated.

Raffle – DUE BACK FRIDAY 21ST MARCH
A friendly reminder to make sure you don’t forget to purchase your tickets for our community day raffle. We have some amazing prizes up for grabs including food hampers, sports packs, beauty packs, restaurant vouchers to name a few. All tickets are $1 each prior to the event, with more available for purchase on the day. Please note – tickets on the day of event will be $2 each or 3 for $5. Tickets are to be returned by this Friday 21st March.
Hot Wheel’s Race –
We have been lucky enough for one of our wonderful parents volunteer his time to set up and run a Hot Wheels Race this Sunday at your Community Day.
Dion attended assembly last Friday to give the students a demonstration which saw some very excited kids.
Be sure to bring your best Hot wheel’s car for your chance to race against your friends, with the 1st place winning a prize.

The Village Bakery - Hot Cross Bun Drive
With Easter fast approaching, we will be running a Hot Cross Bun Drive thanks to The Village Bakery who will be supplying us with their amazing brioche hot cross buns!
This is a FULL PROFIT FUNDRAISER with all proceeds generously donated to our school by The Village Bakery. Be sure to share with family and friends and get your orders in. Ordering is now open via www.quickcliq.com.au and will close on Monday March 31st.
All orders will be delivered to school on Thursday 3rd April. Thanks again to The Village Bakery for your ongoing generosity and support.
Hot Cross Bun Morning Tea
The students are in for a real treat thanks to Bakers Delight Coburg. A hot cross bun morning tea will be enjoyed on Wednesday 2nd April.
A note will be sent out to all students to place their orders so be sure to return the slip as soon as possible. Thanks again to Bakers Delight!
Icy Pole Fridays
Every Friday during Term 1, students can purchase a ZOOPER DOOPER at the beginning of lunch for $1. With the warmer weather coming, this fundraiser is a student favourite. Thank you in advance for your support with this event!
Uniform Stall AND 2nd Hand Uniform Donations
We welcome any donations of second-hand uniforms for our upcoming stalls. Please ensure that the uniforms:
- Are in acceptable condition with no fading, missing logos or stains.
- Have a school logo or are PSW labelled; therefore, there is no Kmart/Target/etc. Purchases.
- They are in a clean condition.
Please place your items in a bag and hand them to the school office for donation.
We are running low on summer dresses. If you have any you would like to donate it would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
