It's Performing Arts Time!

A big welcome back to everyone for what is going to be a big term, culminating in our whole school musical "Monsters!" The students have made a great start to their drama careers already at school, today performing a Good Friday performance in front of the whole school.

Year One

Year One Celebrate Easter Sunday

The Year One children joyfully shared the story of Easter Sunday with the school community, proclaiming, “Alleluia, Jesus has risen!” Their beautiful singing and heartfelt enthusiasm reminded us all of the joy and hope that comes with the resurrection. It was a special moment that truly captured the spirit of Easter.

Year 2/3

Hello Families,

It has been so great seeing all the children back and hearing about their holidays and haircuts. This first week has been short but we have packed a lot in, there have been Holy Week depictions which have been thought-provoking and in Maths we are focusing on Place Value. Enjoy the photos of the fun!

Year 3/4

Holy Thursday Reflection

Our Year 3/4 students shared the story of Holy Thursday with the school community. Through a simple and respectful dramatisation of the Washing of the Feet, they helped us all reflect on Jesus’ message of love and service. All the children showed great reverence and understanding.

Year 4/5

Reflection of The Last Supper

The Year 4/5 students shared the story of the Last Supper with the school community. Through their dramatisation of Jesus and the twelve disciples, they helped us reflect on the significance of this sacred meal and Jesus’ message of love, unity, and sacrifice.

Year 5/6

Welcome back to Term 2! It’s been a meaningful and reflective start to Term 2 in our Year 5/6 classroom. The students have returned with great enthusiasm, and we’ve already been busy engaging in some very special moments as a school community. This week, we've joined in watching Holy Week reflections presented by each class. On Tuesday, we attended a special Mass at church to remember and honour the life of Pope Francis, following his recent passing. The students showed such maturity and respect throughout the mass. We are also incredibly proud to have led the ANZAC Day reflection for the school on Thursday. It was a significant opportunity for our class to show leadership and help our peers understand the importance of remembrance and gratitude for those who have served.
