Term One Events

Harmony Day at PVS
Students celebrated Harmony Day by taking an ‘Around the World’ trip to discover some of the wonderful cultures in our school community.
The day was full of fun with a dance from Palestine, traditional music from Zimbabwe, cultural dress from Malaysia and food tours of Wales and Italy!
Not only was the school full of smiles and laughter there were many fantastic questions from engaged students interested in learning about diversity and belonging.
It was a wonderful way to celebrate together and help ensure everyone belongs.
Mad Hatter's Parade and Grandparents Morning
It was wonderful to see our school community out together for the Mad Hatter's Parade at the end of Term One. There were amazing hats on display and lots of smiles too. It was lovely to have our grandparents join us in class in the morning and for the special morning tea.
Edu-Dance
Students have been hard at work learning and practising their class Edu-Dance. They enjoyed developing their skills in fitness, confidence, self-esteem, and teamwork. The students put on a wonderful school performance for parents and families. The Edu-Dance Concert is always a highlight of the school year!
