Beginning Of Term 1:
Wellbeing Report
Welcome from the Wellbeing Team
Welcome back to South Oakleigh College for another exciting school year! The start of a new year is the perfect time to build good habits that promote your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Taking care of your body, mind, time, and connections can help set you up for success and manage any back-to-school stress. For tips on starting the school year strong, visit Starting the school year strong | Back to school.
However, we know that adjusting to the new year isn’t always easy. If things feel overwhelming, take a moment to pause—whether that’s going for a walk, practicing deep breathing, or simply giving yourself a break. If you’re still feeling stuck, don’t hesitate to reach out for support. You’re not alone, and we’re here to help.
