Welcome to Library 2025

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself to the SJV community. My name is Miss Rebecca Middleton and I will be teaching the students for their library sessions this year.

We have had a great start to the year, with the students very eager to begin borrowing books from our wonderful library. Please encourage your child to borrow!

A couple of reminders as we begin the new school year.

• Borrowing will begin Monday 10th February (Week 3)
• All students MUST have a library bag to borrow.
• Loans are for a fortnightly period. Overdue notices will be sent at the end of each term.
• P - 2 students can borrow 2 books to take home. 3-6 students can borrow 3 books to take home. 

Issue 1, 2025 has been sent home with the children. The closing date for orders for this issue will be MONDAY 17th FEBRUARY. Happy book shopping and thank-you for supporting our school.
