2025 School Fees and Levies

Invoices were emailed out last week. Fees are sent as an annual invoice.  I have had a number of families asking to clarify payment options. I apologise for the confusion. Payment options are as follows:

1.Direct Debit

1(a) In three equal instalments by 21 March, 20 June and 19 September; OR

1(b) Ten equal instalments via direct debit from February to November on the 17th of each month

2: Full Year Payment

If you wish to pay the whole year in full by 21 March, we would appreciate it, however, we understand that this will not suit all families. You can pay this at the office in cash, by credit card, or debit card (No AMEX). You can also do a bank transfer (please refer to your invoice for bank details). Please remember to include a reference name or number when transferring funds.

3.Payments that suit your family

Payments may be made in intervals that suit your family by cash, credit or debit card (No AMEX), or bank transfer (please refer to your invoice for bank details). Please remember to include a reference name or number when transferring funds.

School fees must be paid in full by 19 September, 2025 unless you have a direct debit arrangement.

Health Care Card Holders fees are reduced as follows:

1 Child $780 per family plus excursions and camp

2 Children $1196 per family plus excursions and camp

3+ Children $1560 per family plus excursions and camp

The Camp Sports Excursion Fund (CSEF) discount of $150 per child is also available to Pension/Health Care Card holders. If your CSEF application is approved, you may also be eligible for the School Saving Bonus. This is a $400 payment per student to assist with camps, swimming, excursions and incursions.

Please submit these forms ASAP to accounts@hrkensington.catholic.edu.au or contact me in the office. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
