Annual Privacy Reminder 

Our school collects and uses student and parent personal information for standard school functions or where permitted by law, as stated in the Schools’ Privacy Policy and the Schools’ Privacy Collection Notice.

Our Photographing, Filming and Recording Students Policy, describes how we collect and use photographs, video and recordings of students. The policy also explains when parent consent is required and how it can be provided and withdrawn. We ask parents to also review the guidance we provide in our Technology Agreements on how we use ICT safely at the school and what parents can do to further protect their child’s information. If after reviewing the guidance, you have any questions or concerns regarding your child using technology at school, please contact the school. SCHOOL SAVINGS BONUS AND EXCURSIONS 

As the school year commences, exciting excursions will start being released to families.

With the School Saving Bonus if families choose to allocate funds to school activities, they will have to do so via the online portal. Families can determine the amount to allocate, with the funds then becoming available for the office to use for excursion payments. 

Parent/careers can advise the school of their intention to use the School Saving Bonus when giving permission for their child to attend or participate in an activity. 

Please be aware that online access to the School Saving Bonus portal will expire on 30 June 2025. Any balance remaining at this time will automatically transfer to family accounts for the school to use for activities. 

Any unused money from the School Saving Bonus this year will roll over into future years until it is gone. 

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund provides payments for eligible students to attend school camps, excursions, and sports and outdoor education programs.

Please ask at the school office, or visit https://www.vic.gov.au/camps-sports-and-excursions-fund for more information about CSEF.
