Casual Dress & Festival Donation Days
Casual Dress Days are an initiative to encourage families, who are able and willing, to donate ‘needed’ items for the festival (schedule below).
We have been overwhelmed with the generosity of the Holy Saviour families. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has been supporting the casual dress / donation days over the last few weeks. Please refer to the below table for the details to next Casual Dress / Donation Day.
Please note that if you are unable to donate goods on any of the days, your child/ren are still more than welcome to wear casual clothes.
The festival is on Sunday 10th November, 11am-5pm. Your support is key to a successful, fun filled event.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The most important donation you can make is your time on Festival day so please be sure to give freely then.
Festival Planting Afternoon
On Wednesday 11th September 2.30pm, we are having a festival planting afternoon! Parishioners will come along and work with the children to plant pots and seeds for the festival.
Families are welcome to come along and join in the fun too. Please note that only parents/carers with a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) can be permitted to attend.
Parishioners will be planting until 4pm but school dismissal time will still be 3.15pm. Families are welcome to stay back with their children if they want to continue planting.
Holy Saviour Festival Parent Class Reps Needed!
The festival will be holding 4 class stalls this year for each class.
Parents we need your help please!
We require a Parent Rep for each class, to gather parents to fill in times for our roster!
JLC (P/1) - Duck Game Stall
MLC (2/3/4) - Lucky Dip Stall
SLC-C ( 5/6) - Lob O Choc
SLC-KC (5/6) - Plant / Flower Stall
A huge thank you to the Hawkins family for agreeing to be the Class Rep for the MLC stall. If you are an MLC (year 2,3,4) parent, please email Veronica or Ashley veronyhawkins@outlook.comto secure a timeslot (see times below).
A big thank you also to Sara Sujansky who has agreed to be the Class rep for the SLC-C stall. SLC-C families, Please email Sara micksar@optusnet.com.auto secure a time slot.

On the day of the festival, each class will need to have a scheduled timetable between 10am - 6pm with 1 hour time slots:
Everything is provided on the day. All you have to do is just choose a time to help!
Holy Saviour Festival Wine Glasses
Glasses are available for purchase today! Please see the glasses they are on display in the church hall. The saving for the 6 glasses can be mixed and matched in sets of 2 for example - 4 Wine glasses and 2 Stemless Glasses.
Any Glasses Purchased in the Month of September will also Receive a Commemorative Holy Saviour Keyring - one per order.
Next Week we will also have the commemorative Wine, Sparkling Wine and Port Available for Purchase.
