Junior Interschool Lacrosse 

Congratulations Lacrosse State Champions! 

On Friday 2nd August Four teams of years 7s and 8s took part in the SSV Junior Lacrosse State Finals tournament at Albert Ground. MGC had a fantastic day with each team improving as the day went on and winning at least one game.  

MGC 1 (Ivy, Indy, Elli, Mikayla, Kalie and Mairin) made it through to the final against Patterson River Secondary and won the title in an overtime cliffhanger by 2 goals (6 -4). Congratulations to everyone that played, coached, and organised such a fun event.
