SACSA Netball

On Tuesday, 8 of our Year 6 girls braved the weather and played in the SACSA netball carnival. The girls worked really hard as a team and showed great team spirit, creating a chant and boosting each other’s morale when the going went tough.

The scores didn’t reflect their hard work and growth over the day! Freya and Millie made some epic intercepts, great flexibility by Hannah, Piper, Rajvi and Lyla. Amazing goal manoeuvres and positioning by Sophie, and a great all-round effort by Amira!

Well done team for keeping your spirit in some tough conditions! Thank you also to our volunteers who supported on the day.

Little Jordans Basketball 2/3

Our third game this season was tough against Prescott Bulls. GS Little Jordans scored just 2 points in the first half but our players didn't stop trying, finishing on 11 points. Final score 27-11. Well done to all players, especially our two new teammates Gulnaz and Lincoln, for keeping at it and playing fair and respectful. After a few more trainings and games together I'm sure we will see improved results.

Scorers: Tyson 11 pts
