School-Wide Classroom Routines
School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is an evidence-based school improvement approach that creates a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. It focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviours while providing targeted assistance to students who may need extra support, leading to a more successful and inclusive learning community.
Since the beginning of the year, the College has focused in implementing the following routines. This consistency helps students develop self-discipline, responsibility, and respect for themselves and others. Consistent implementation ensures all students receive support to maximise behavioural, wellbeing, and academic growth.

SWPBS strategies contribute to a safe, organised, and positive learning environment where students have a sense of safety and belonging, and can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
