Principal's Report

It has been another exciting and eventful week at our school, filled with opportunities for learning, achievement, and community connection. Next week, our Prep to Grade 2 students will begin their annual swimming lessons. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for our youngest students to develop their swimming confidence and foundational skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Grade 6 students are also diving into their water safety program, where they are learning essential skills, such as rescue techniques and understanding water risks. These lessons aim to prepare our students to navigate aquatic environments safely and responsibly.

A huge congratulations to Imogen Schultz (Grade 6), who was awarded the prestigious MacKillop Art Award for her outstanding artwork. Imogen’s piece beautifully showcases her creativity and individuality, nurtured through our art program this year. We are incredibly proud of her achievement and the inspiration she brings to our school community.

We warmly invite all new and existing parents to our next Parents and Friends Planning Meeting, which will take place:

  • When: Tuesday 26th November
  • Time: 7pm
  • Where: Huntly Pub

This is a great opportunity to connect with other families, share ideas, and contribute to our school’s activities and events in 2025. We’d love to see you there! Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community.
