Senior Hooptime

On Wednesday 3rd September, we had 50 Year 5/6 students compete in Hoop Time at Casey Stadium. There were 10 schools competing on the day. We had 7 teams that played at least 3 games during the day. 

We had 4 teams make qualifying finals, which is a great result and 3 teams go through to the Grand Final. All our teams came runners up in the finals, which is such a great achievement to even make it to that level and we were super proud of all our Basketballers. All the finals were really close, with teams only losing by 1-4 goals. It was such a good day, everyone practised and built on their skills and had a really fun day. 

A BIG thanks goes to Jenni, Karlie and Chloe for coaching a team on the day and to all the parents/friends that came to support our teams and even jumped on to score games, we really appreciate your help.
