Diocesan Touch

The Diocesan Touch trials took place at Jubilee oval at the beginning of Term. The day consisted of a round robin format with games played over 7 rounds.

Congratulations to our 15s girls who remained undefeated throughout day and displayed great sportsmanship and leadership on the field. Our 15s boys team won 4 out of the 6 games and also displayed some incredible touch skills. 

Congratulations to the following students who were selected to represent the Diocesan team in Tuggerah in April.

Zahra Hunt, Georgie Hayes, Maisy McCrone, Kewa Kahuroa, Ava Spencer, Molly Stephen, Abbey Hunt, Halle Baggio, Paige Plum, Chloe Powell, Levi Baggio, Jones Russell, Will Smith, Boston Macri, and Nate Suckling. 

Preston Butcher Cup

The Opens Girls Touch Team participated in the Preston Butcher Cup in Weeks 6 and 7 of this Term.  After successfully progressing through all their rounds the team won their final game against Wagga Wagga High School 4-2. Special congratulations to Georgie Hayes who was named player of the final and received the Nate Lawson Superhero medal.
