Athletics Carnival

The 2024 Athletics Carnival was completed over two sessions due to the redevelopment of Jubilee Park., with the first session of House Chants, Relays, 1500m and 16s High Jump completed onsite, with the remaining events held this week at the Wiradjuri Reserve.

Students from all Houses competed with fantastic spirit and the number of competitors who participated in track and field events is to be commended.

There were some outstanding individual performances with the following records broken: 

Jorji McDonald - 800m

14 Girls Relay - Carroll House

14 Boys Relay - Sherrin House

15 Girls Relay - Carroll House

Outstanding athletes in each age group who took out their respective Age Champions were:

12 years - Te Wai Kahuroa

13 years - Caitlin Pitstock and Fletcher Arentz

14 years - Abbey Hunt and Asher Watson

15 years - Molly Stephen and Ruben Smith

16 years - Annabella Hood and Oskar Nottingham

Senior - Alice Molineaux and Kade Lyons

Congratulations to Carroll House who were crowned champions for 2024.
