A message from our Principal

Dear St. Brendan's School Community,

School photo's went very smoothly on Monday and I would like to thank parents for ensuring the children looked fantastic.

Please ensure children are not wearing runners every day, these are only for sport.

Boys wear black shoes as well as girls.  We do have a few children wearing them each day. Thanks for your understanding.

Naplan

It was a busy week with Naplan last week and students coped very well with the assessments and the technology worked well.   The students weren't stressed and they all tried their best.  Results will be in later in the year.

We also have another assessments such as PAT Reading and PAT Maths and assessments by teachers on the topics they have done.

Principal's Conference

From Tuesday, 19th this week to Friday, 22nd March, I am at a Victorian Catholic Principal's Association Conference in Lorne.

Principal's from the G.V. Deanery are attending as well as Principals from all over Victoria.   Joel Brian will be in charge while I'm away.

Harmony Day

Tomorrow Friday, 22nd March we celebrate Harmony day with students dressing up in costumes of different countries of the world or colours of the flags of different countries .

We welcome Monga and Fitina Maulidi, former students of our school who are extremely talented singers and will run different workshops during the day.

Parents are welcome to attend the parades in the morning
