Year 9 Mass

Congratulations to Ms Coleman and her 9.5 PCG for hosting the Year 9 Mass.  Thank you, Mr Oddie and all students who had a role, and especially to our ever-supportive parents. We had an incredible parent presence this week. 

Year 12 TABGHA Retreat

A Retreat cannot run without the support of our staff, parents and most importantly, our students.  I would like to sincerely thank all the Year 12 PCG staff for preparing their students to fully embrace all activities on the day.  A special thank you to the leaders who ran the Year 12 Tabgha Retreat yesterday; Marya Stewart, Michael Slacksmith, Gerard Theseira, Barry McKenna, Jason O’Malley, Fra Oscar, Bernard Le Tessier and Anthony Byrne.  These retreats are a success because we have such committed staff who prepare for the day and give up their time, despite the hectic lifestyle of a teacher.  

A big thank you to Jo Creighton for preparing all our medical bags and to Dan Quartermaine for the mammoth effort in preparing all our relief teachers.  I appreciate how difficult this task has been.  Thank you to all the staff who covered reliefs! 

Many of our Year 12 students provided some positive feedback on the day, feeling grateful to have some time to pause and reflect on many aspects of their lives.

 Friday Community Mass

Next week, Friday 22 March 2024 will be the last Community Mass for the Term. We look forward to seeing you there.
