Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund

Concessional Fees

Dear Families,

Any families with a valid Health Care Card (valid at 27/01/2026) wishing to apply for concessional fees must have all forms completed and returned to the office next week. This process must be renewed each year. Forms are attached below.

Anyone wishing to have their fee payments processed as direct debits by the school need to have the Direct Debit form completed and returned to us by Friday next week - 13/02/2026.

If you are paying your fees as a lump sum or scheduled payment, from your own bank, we do not need the forms returned.

Many thanks,

Admin Office

C.S.E.F

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

The annual CSEF amount per student is $400 for primary school students.

The Health Care Card of the applicant has to be valid on any of the two CRN validation dates - 28 January 2026 and 20 April 2026.

New applicants should obtain a CSEF application form or download from the link below.

If you applied for CSEF last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances.

You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred:

  • new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools this year.

  • changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year
