Fee Schedule for 2026

Tuition Fees

There have been changes to the way that we will bill, commencing in 2026. The Tuition Fee will now cover all charges for students, other than elective costs for Years 11 - 12 as detailed overleaf, camps & retreats, external sporting events & Technology Fees.

Included below is an increase to fees for 2026 by 5% as advised by Armidale Catholic Schools.

The Fees are:

Junior Secondary Years 7 - 10 Annual Tuition Fee $4,149 p.a.

Senior Secondary Years 11 - 12 Annual Tuition Fee $4,658 p.a.

Tuition Fees are charged at the start of the year in Term 1. The Fees are scheduled and due over 10 months, with the first instalment due on 21st February and then the 21st of each month after that. Years 7 & 11 Camp/Retreat is charged separately, this

cost is approximately $430 (exact cost will not be available until closer to the dates planned).

A Technology fee of $105 is an annual charge for Year 7-9 and $158 annual charge for Year 10-12 to cover the cost of College provided devices. Technology repair costs are charged additionally to parents if a computer is damaged/lost.

Unless a prior arrangement has been made with either the Principal or the College Finance Support Officer, all accounts are expected to be finalised promptly and to be paid in full by the 21st November.

We are committed to helping all families by creating a personalised payment plan that suits their needs. Whether you prefer to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, you can set up automatic BPay payments to make the process easier for you.

As we are a Systemic Catholic school, we receive less government funding than public schools. This means we have to charge school fees to ensure that we provide our students with a similar or superior educational experience. Therefore, the school fees must be paid, as these funds are used to support your children in their schooling.

If you are having financial difficulty, and our school fees are an issue, please make contact with the office and we will schedule a meeting to discuss this and ensure that we can make a successful pathway forward.

I will be in touch with families that have a balance owed from previous years. It is important that this is addressed so that we can make an arrangement that works for you.

Family Reduction

We do offer a reduction of fees for the 2nd and subsequent children.

2nd child 20%

3rd child 50%

4th and subsequent children, no charge

Method of Payment

Payment of Fees and other charges may be made in cash, through Compass App, by cheque, EFTPOS or by Credit Card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard), whilst BPay option is the preferred method of payment. The Biller Code and your individual reference number can be found on your school fee statement.

Notification of Withdrawal of Students

Parents are expected to give one month's notice, in writing, if they are intending to withdraw students from the College. Failure to do so will render them liable for a full term's fees. An Exit Form for this purpose can be obtained from the College office.
