Middle Gully Landcare

Here are the dates and classes for Landcare for term 2

• May 16th – Lanterns – 1/2CD
• May 23 – Tony Clarke planting – Grade 4s – All grade 3s to go to Landcare at MGR to make Fairy nests.
• May 30 – Tony Clarke planting – Grade 5s – At Landcare at MGR we will do pinch pots with Grade 6 and all Foundation classes.
• June 6 – Lanterns –  2/3BM
• June 13th – Grade 6 – Solstice preparation – bonfire preparation, general clean, possible cooking.
• June 20th – Solstice preparation – cooking at JCB – Select Grade 5/6s
• June 27th – No Landcare

We are seeking donations of class or plastic jars like the ones pictured for the children to make lanterns for the Winter Solstice event. If you have some spares at home, they can be left at the office.

If any parents would like to come along and help at a Middle Gully session, please make sure you have a valid working with children's check sighted by the office. Younger siblings welcome, but must be fully supervised.
