School holiday workshops at Collarts

Collarts are running their Winter Workshops on the Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th of July, at their Collingwood and Fitzroy campuses. These workshops are suitable for Victorian High School students in year 10, 11 and 12, with an interest in creative industries. Tickets are only $15, and are selling fast.

Baking Industry Trade Show

The Baking Industry Trade Show is heading back to Melbourne for 2024 at Moonee Valley Racecourse with a massive three day event, Tuesday, 18th - Thursday, 20th June.

Within the Trade show we will be hosting Australia's Best Pie & Pastie Competition, Excellence in Baking Finals, The National Artisan Baking & Donut Competitions as well as the return of live demos and workshops, exhibitors and more... The Kiwis are coming from across the ditch!! They will be competing in the ANZBake Comp and two of their best apprentices will be competing in the Excellence in Baking competition.

This event could be a great opportunity for students to have a glimpse into the baking industry. There will also be careers booths to provide anyone interested with information on how to start a career as a baker.
