Creating native Australian bird artworks

Ms Martin’s ELC class created some incredible work in VCD Illustration class this term, designing their own native Australian bird artworks and turning them into posters. They also used their beautiful, decorative illustrations to create screen prints and printed them on T-shirts. 

The students were very focused and hard-working throughout the project, bringing their own style and vision to the illustrations. They were extremely happy to come away with wearable art, to show friends and family all their hard work paid off.

Seeking homestay families

The homestay experience is a wonderful opportunity to build lifelong relationships with students and their families across the globe. The benefits of being a host family can make a difference in a student's life and it also provides a journey for cultural exchange.
