Polding Basketball

This week we wish Sam Cox the best as he heads off to Newcastle to play basketball for Polding.  

Rugby 7's

Congratulations to Mr Bishenden and the school Rugby 7's team on efforts at the recent Regional finals.  Catherine Mc Auley were once again crowned Regional Champions.  This is a great achievement, beating teams from Forbes right through to Dubbo.  It was a hotly contested final against Saint Matthews Mudgee.  The McAuley boys winning by 3 points.

Rugby 10's

The Year 5/6 Rugby 10's team will play at Emus on the 19th of June in the Diocesean Regional finals.  The successful team is then invited to Sydney to play in the Chris Gangemi Cup on the 12th August.  We wish them well.

Infants Athletics Carnival

Polding Cross Country

We have 4 students Julius Simmons, Harriet Bailey, Polly Bailey and Poppy Davidson heading of to Eastern Creek on the 5th June to compete in the Polding Cross Country trials.  We wish them all the best.

Dio Rugby Trials

Firstly a BIG thank you to Mrs Mortimer who accompanied Lincoln Hainsworth, Oscar Logan, Digby Luelf, Bo Biddle and Bronx Rolton to Bathurst to compete in the Dio Rugby Trials.  A special mention must go Lincoln, Bronx and Oscar who made the Diocesean team.  They will know compete in the Polding trials at Forbes on the 1st July.
