This term, we have been competing in an Inter-house Cup where students in the Senior School have been competing in less common sports like Dodgeball, European handball and Capture the Flag, on Tuesdays at lunch time.
Currently, Plenty are ahead, followed by Merri, then Darebin.
Next term, we look forward to involving Year 9-10s and will have year 7-8s battle it out in Term 4.
Interschool sport has been massive this Term with Soccer, Netball, AFL and Badminton as well as NMR Cross Country and Division Athletics.
We have seen so many outstanding teams perform to their highest ability and are so proud of their efforts.
Well done to our amazing 3 teams of 9 and10 students who participated in the Darebin Division competition. It was a competitive day where all teams played well and represented the school with pride. Thanks to Indi and Kasie our Year 11 coaches for helping the teams through a successful day!
It's been fantastic to see so many students using active spaces at recess and lunch time. The outdoor basketball and soccer courts, new AFL posts and downball grids are being used at recess and lunch time daily.
