Wellio Program

In exciting news, we have partnered with Wellio this year. Our Year 7 to 9 students do Wellio in SEL, and our Year 10 to 12 students do Wellio from time to time in year-level assemblies.
Wellio helps students proactively improve their mental well-being using research-backed habits and techniques. Their program supports students in improving their sleep, managing social media use, building healthy relationships, improving physical well-being, and reducing anxiety.
Students will complete Wellio lessons on various topics throughout the year.
Additionally, Wellio will also be delivering a webinar each term to parents. These webinars are developed by Wellio’s in-house team of educators and psychologists to give parents strategies to support their children’s well-being. The upcoming webinar in Term 2 is titled Managing Device Use: Creating Healthy Tech Habits at Home. Drawing on the latest psychological science, this webinar will explore key parenting strategies to help you encourage healthy device habits with your children.
This 60-minute webinar is scheduled for Thursday 22 May, 6:30pm (AEST). You can register at https://collections.humanitix.com/2025-parent-webinar-series.
You may also view last week's webinar 'Owning Your Role As A Parent', by visiting this website, and the parent toolkit is available to download here.
