GUNNEDAH SHOW RUBBISH COLLECTION

A huge thank you to the families who arrived in the early hours of the morning at the Gunnedah Showground last Friday to assist with the rubbish collection. Your support helped us to raise a further $800 for our school.

The PTF uses the money raised yearly to support our families with excursions, sports travel, food and drinks at the family fun night, and many school projects. All families benefit from PTF funds, so we thank you for your continued support.

NEXT GENERAL PTF MEETING

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 6th, at 5:45pm. Any agenda items for this meeting can be sent to Secretary Kristy via email: shpbptf@gmail.com or by calling or texting 0410971589.

Working With Children Check (WWCC) Update ~ Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are not sure, please contact Ms Traynor in the office.

****Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than their own are also required to have a Working With Children Check.

Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and, once obtained, are valid for 5 years.

Many thanks,
