SCHOOL COUNCIL UPDATE - SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT WORKS & MASTER PLAN
Dear BNPS Families
Recent School Improvement Works
As you will have noticed, over the last 18 months, a large number of school improvement works have been carried out, including:
The Quadrangle upgrade will also be happening very soon – with works starting over the Easter School holidays.

BNPS Master Plan
On the back of this great work, the School Council has been working with Adam, Lina and Katrina to develop a BNPS Master Plan for the future of the school.
The BNPS Master Plan identifies the long-term vision and priorities for building improvements at the school. In parallel with the Master Plan, a maintenance program for the heritage building has also been developed.

A BNPS Master Plan is a really important document, as it shows how the existing 100-year-old heritage buildings can be upgraded, to achieve a healthy, energy efficient and environmentally sustainable learning facility.

The School Council is working to raise community awareness about the BNPS Master Plan.
In the lead up to this milestone, the School Council is working to raise community awareness about the BNPS Master Plan.
This is particularly important in the lead up to the Federal and State elections – so that our current elected representatives Peter Kahlil MP (seat of Wills) and Tim Read MP (seat of Brunswick), as well as candidates for these seats, are made aware of the needs for our school’s facilities.
If you would like to learn more about the BNPS Master Plan, the School Council will be hosting the following information sessions – both online and in person:
