Children's Book Week

Book Week is an annual event in Australia, organised by the Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA), that celebrates Australian children's literature and encourages a love of reading. This year we will celebrated 80 years of Children's Book Week!

Here are some photos of our School Community embracing Book Week.

After celebrating Book Week on Monday, Staff and Students dressed in their warmest PJ's and slippers to come to school to hear their teachers read them Bedtime Stories. The Classrooms were cosy with the sound of a crackling fire and fairy lights.
