Books To Life Incursion – Bringing Stories to the Stage!

We are excited to announce that our students will once again enjoy a fantastic incursion presented by Books To Life, a production company who is visiting our school for a third year that brings literature alive through engaging live performances.
On Tuesday, September 9th at 2:15pm, students will gather in the gym to watch an adaptation of the CBCA Notable Book General Waste by Michael Streich. The production will use humour, drama, and plenty of energy to explore the story’s important messages about caring for our environment and working together to create positive change.
Students will have the chance to experience vibrant characters, clever staging, and interactive moments that will make them feel part of the story. Experiences like this will help deepen our love of reading and show how books can inspire us in so many ways.
We are delighted to let families know that there will be no cost for this incursion, as it is being fully funded by our out of school hours care provider, Camp Australia. A big thank you to Camp Australia for their generous support in making this performance possible.
