Sports Report

Congratulations to all students who participated in the Eureka Division Athletics day. Students competed in a range of track and field events throughout the day and showed great determination and skill in all events. Staff and students are to be commended on dealing with the windy and wet conditions whilst competing and still keeping a smile on their faces. We eagerly await the results to be confirmed to see if any St Patrick’s students are eligible to compete in the Division Athletics day on the 1st of September.

A Special thank you to any parents and family that also braved the wintery conditions to cheer on our students.

Library Leaders Writing Competition Samples

Book Fair

The library has been a popular place to visit before and after school this week.

It has been a pleasure to see the joy on children's faces as they foud the picture book, graphic novel or series of books they love. Fluffy, puffy and locked noteboooks have also been best sellers.

A huge 'Thank you' to Shannon, Anneliese, Ingrid, Bridgette, Kylie, Erin & Erin, Naomi, Jane, Jess, Jenna and Kat for your time and invaluable assistance in helping to make everything run smoothly.

'Winners are Grinners' and the following students were all smiles when they won a 'Design a Book Cover for a Favourite Book' competition. Junior Prizes - 2 x $10 Voucher, Middle and Senior Prize 1 x $20 Voucher.
