Student Wellbeing and Engagement

Over the past five weeks, our Heights Campus has been fortunate to host the Treehouse Program, facilitated by Anglicare. This therapeutic program is designed for primary school–aged children and provides support with social skills, self-esteem, managing strong feelings, and developing resilience.
Through creativity and play, students have been able to strengthen their relationships, build confidence, and explore practical strategies to manage worries. Each session is carefully structured to focus on a different theme, including:
- Getting to know you
- Strengths
- Supportive people
- Worries and feelings
- Coping with worries
- Play
- Friendship
- Celebration
We have already learnt so much through this program and are excited to see the positive impact it continues to have on our students.
