Endeavour House News

Term Three has been a busy and enjoyable time in Endeavour House, filled with rainy days, steaming mugs of Milo, hash browns on the weekends, school commitments, and plenty of sport and recreation. As we look ahead to Term Four, we’re eagerly anticipating warmer weather and the chance to return to the beach more regularly.
A huge congratulations to our talented musicians, Megan and Indi, who performed beautifully at the recent Kingfisher Concert. We’re also incredibly proud of our athletes, who showed commitment and determination throughout the season. Several were fortunate enough to compete in Grand Finals - and came away with well-deserved wins!
In preparation for Term Four, some students have recently moved rooms - a refreshing reset that has brought new energy to the house.
As expected, our junior students continue to learn and grow in their boarding journey. Navigating boundaries is a daily conversation at Endeavour, and while we’ve faced some challenges, it’s been heartening to witness the personal growth and maturity developing among our students. Many have taken the opportunity, in the latter part of this term, to reflect on their behaviour, make positive changes, and rebuild trust with peers and staff - an encouraging sign of resilience and character.
I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the families I’ve been in contact with recently. Your support in upholding fair and consistent behavioural expectations is vital to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our boarders.
It has been very quiet on the birthday scene this month, however as we break for the holidays, Charlie and George Stone will be celebrating their special day at home with family.
Wishing you all a happy and safe spring holiday. I look forward to welcoming everyone back in just a few weeks.

House Captains' Report
Endeavour this term has been an unpredictable experience, with footy and hockey taking over the house for the start of Term Three. The boys have been trying to get outside as much as possible but only to be stopped by rain once again. The house has been jammed packed with kids on miserable days but Endeavour seems to make it nice and active inside. The end of term is now filled with tests and room changes which bring a fresh start to everybody’s last term. I am excited for the better weather and the sports incoming, and a break from school.

This term has been a mix of hard work, muddy shoes, and lots of laughs. Training sessions, matches on fields that are usually mud pits after rain, and cheering each other on have made every game exciting, and have truly pushed everyone through the stress of the term. The friendships we have built this term are a significant positive, whether it's late-night chats in the dorms, joking around during meals, or pushing each other through tough prep sessions, it feels like we're all in it together. The study grind is real, but it is more enjoyable when you are surrounded by people doing the same thing and helping each other out. Weekends are the perfect chance to unwind — whether it’s chilling with friends, having a laugh over games, or just taking it easy, it’s a time to recharge and make even more memories.
