Gratitude is our focus during Mindfulness time this week as this is a way we can keep our brains healthy.
During our 5/10 minutes of mindfulness each day we are focusing on gratitude. Being able to identify things we are grateful for in our lives and our days helps us to have a positive mindset and it trains us to look for the good.
