Year 11 Market Stalls

Creating Futures Together

Year 11 Business Management Market Stalls

As part of their Business Management assessment from October 3rd to 10th, Year 11 students successfully ran market stalls to explore marketing and entrepreneurship. The stalls offered a vibrant mix of products and activities, from games and confectionery to handmade jewellery and accessories. Each group brought their own creative touch, such as S&L Jewels, which sold lolly bags and handmade bracelets and anklets, and Aura, which focused on accessories with an eye-catching display.

Students reflected on the valuable lessons they learned—from product design, planning, and budgeting to customer service and teamwork. Swish 'n' Win, a basketball-themed stall encouraged participation from all students and staff, promoting inclusivity and school spirit. The experience allowed students to adapt based on feedback, manage sales, and take pride in their creations. Overall, the market stalls were not only a commercial success but also a fantastic learning opportunity that showcased creativity, collaboration, and community engagement.
