YEAR 12 GRADUATION CEREMONY - NEXT WEDNESDAY
Next Wednesday the whole College will gather at Oxford Falls to farewell our Year 12 students. The ceremony is a compulsory whole-school event and there will be no classes on this day.
All students should wear their full winter uniform including blazer. Students will not require their school bags on the day.
After the ceremony students will receive morning tea and lunch at Oxford Falls. They will then be bussed back to Chatswood and will be dismissed at 2:45 pm.
NSW PARLIAMENT VISIT
Last Friday, College Captain Anthony Parissis and our Year 6 Class Captains were special guests at the NSW Parliament, invited by MP Tim James to celebrate student leadership. The occasion provided a wonderful opportunity for our young leaders to connect with peers from schools across the Willoughby electorate and to gain insight into leadership in action. Students also enjoyed a guided tour of both the Upper and Lower Houses, as well as the historic Diamond Room - the Parliament’s library, rich with information about its history and traditions.
UPSTANDERS MORNING TEA
Thank you to Mrs Watson and Mr Ronchetti for hosting the St Pius X College Upstanders Morning Tea on Tuesday. This special event recognises students nominated by their class teachers for doing the right thing, standing up for others, and setting a strong example of what it means to be a St Pius X College student. Congratulations to this term’s recipients: Rocco Guerrera, Archer Richardson, Aiden Rosario, Casper Jean and Ethan Heng – all from 6 Blue!
NIGHT OF THE NOTABLES & DAY OF THE DISASTERS
Thank you to the hundreds of parents and friends who joined us for two remarkable showcase events this week: Year 5’s Night of the Notables and Year 6’s Day of the Disasters. Both were resounding successes, made all the more special by you - our parents and friends - who not only supported your own son’s presentation but also showed such generosity, encouragement, and enthusiasm in celebrating the achievements of all our students.

Student Success
We’re proud to share a wonderful achievement from one of our Junior School students, Connor Huynh of 6 Red, who recently competed in the Voyager Yellow Ball Tennis Tournament.
Connor represented himself and the College with great sportsmanship and determination. His competitive spirit shone through in a tightly contested final, where he secured victory in a thrilling tie-break, winning 10–8.
Congratulations to Connor on this outstanding result! We look forward to seeing his continued growth and success in tennis.
