Play at Lunchtimes - PALs

Play at Lunchtimes Program: Inspiring Positive Connections

At Modbury School P-6, we are thrilled to share the success of our Play at Lunchtimes (PALs) program, where positive play and peer mentorship take centre stage. Recently, Mr Venter trained our newest cohort of enthusiastic new PALs mentors—students committed to fostering belonging, inclusive and engaging lunchtimes for their peers.

PALs mentors play a vital role in promoting teamwork, creating opportunities for all students to connect, and ensuring our playground is a safe and welcoming space. With their leadership and compassion, PALs mentors actively support younger students and encourage meaningful, active play.

The PALs program reflects our school’s values of inclusion, respect, and collaboration. We proudly empower our students to lead initiatives that strengthen our school community.

Well done to our newest PALs mentors for their dedication and celebrate their efforts in making lunchtimes an enjoyable experience for everyone!
