Principal's Report
A message from College Principal, Amanda Williams
As we reach the end of the school year, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the achievements, growth and milestones we have celebrated together as a school community. This time of year is particularly special as we acknowledge the hard work, perseverance, and resilience demonstrated by our students, staff, and families.
For our Year 6 and Year 9 students, this moment marks the end of an important chapter in their learning journey.

I know you will join me in wishing both cohorts well. They have grown immensely, not only in their academic skills but also as young people who are ready to embrace new challenges with confidence.
This year, we have seen so many of our students fully embody our School Strategic Goal overarching statement:

To develop the capacity of all students to be active learners, leaders and citizens.
Our students have lived this vision and exceeded our expectations in how they learn, how they lead, and how they contribute to their community with integrity and purpose.
As we close the chapter on this school year, we encourage all students, whether moving up to the next year level or stepping into new opportunities to continue striving for excellence. Challenges will come, but with belief, determination and resilience, anything is possible.

Thank you to our families for your ongoing support throughout the year. You are an essential part of our community, and we are deeply grateful for the role you play in your child’s learning and growth.
To our staff, thank you for your unwavering dedication to our students.

Our hardworking leadership team continues to show incredible commitment, providing guidance and support while upholding the high expectations that make Truganina College such an exceptional place to learn and lead.
We are also delighted to share that our full teaching team for 2026 is already in place. As an outstanding College with exceptional results, we continue to attract and retain high-quality educators committed to providing the very best for every learner.

As we look forward to a well-deserved holiday break, we wish everyone a joyful and restful time with friends and family. The staff at Truganina College and I look forward to welcoming you back next year ready to believe, achieve and succeed, together.
Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday season.
