Student Resource Scheme  2025  Invoicing

The Gap State High School operates a Student Resource Scheme (SRS) to provide parents with a cost effective alternative to purchasing textbooks and/or resources elsewhere. The scheme ensures that students have the resources required for them to engage with the curriculum for their education and saves parents time and money in sourcing the prescribed materials elsewhere. Savings are gained through the school’s bulk purchasing practices and hiring arrangements. 

 

Parents and caregivers would have received an invoice for the Student Resource Scheme 2025 Part A fee.  With the finalisation of student’s timetables and their selection of elective subjects in their year level, invoices for any applicable elective fee will be raised and emailed to parents within the next 10 days.

 

Your earliest settlement would be appreciated. It would not be feasible to provide this cost effective way for students to have the resources required for their study across the curriculum if fees remain unpaid.
